El hotel es precioso Está muy bien cuidado.

El encargado de recepción no fue ni amable ni sabe tratar con las personas.

Bueno ,por ser גח פסח.

La estadía fue muy buena,hotel cómodo y limpio.personal excelente.

This was a The Grand Budapest Hotel experience. a totally wacky decor and everyone was very nice including one of the young, grouchy hotel desk clerks. The room had a nice view of the lake and was super-clean. The breakfast, when served was delicious. It was a real treat for a solo traveller like me. One morning there weren't enough guests so they gave us a voucher to go to Kugele's restaurant and it was even better.

Lobby

great location and an a very generous staff

We were surrounded by the atmosphere of old times because the museum of Donna Gracia. The furniture in the lobby and corridors was ancient and beautiful. The ceilling was high. There was a lot of air and space outdoors. The corridor on our floor is wide with picture paintings on the walls and with benches near the coffee tables. At the morning we had a nice breakfast. There were two coffee machines with different tastes and toast maker. The hotel is close to the embankment and situated in the old Tiberias.

the unexpected entertainment provided by an energetic group

the sneering young male receptionist who smirked when telling me there was no available parking at the hotel as it had all been sold to the travel agency on the top floor. the 3 disabled spaces close to the hotel were occupied by vehicles not displaying a valid badge and I received a ONE THOUSAND SHECKEL FINE for parking in the nearby car park despite having a valid disabled pass showing and located in a designated disabled space- avoid this place at all costs if you are unlucky enough to be travelling independently by car

. No light in the bathroom, no English at the reception after 11:00 pm, broken furniture all over the place

The staff was bad behaved. They had like a discoteca with a singer and a high volume sound system in the lobby. It was impossible to rest. They have an electrical kettle to boil water but no coffee, tea or sugar. The breakfast selection is poor.

For instance: there is a kettle in the room, but no cups & no coffee or tea. I've never seen that anywhere before, & hope I don't anywhere again.

отсутствие балконов

прекрасное месторасположение, вежливый персонал, отель в стиле старинного особняка, очень приятный и красивый

завтрак ОЧЕНЬ скудный, мы были разочарованы и неприятно удивлены кухонным персоналом- на нас смотрели так, как будто бы мы зашли в чужой дом без разрешения

Понравилось расположегте отеля.Питание хорошее.Но самое главное -это музей и экскурсия,что обогащает знание истории Израиля и жизни замечательных людей.К тому же пейзаж вокруг-красота неописуемая.!
